Discontent isn’t something to avoid—it’s a powerful signal from your soul that you’re ready for something bigger. It’s a call to explore the deeper desires within you. When you feel dissatisfaction, give yourself permission to acknowledge it and begin imagining what could be.
Harness your discontent by seeing your dream as a real possibility.
Let your dream start to take root in your mind and heart. Pay attention to how you feel when you think about it. Does it create a sense of aliveness within you? That expanded sense of aliveness is a key indicator that you’re on the right path to the life or career change you’re meant to make.
1. Practice the Power of “Up Until Now…”
In order to move forward, you must stop letting your past experiences limit your potential. If you continue doing what you’ve always done, you’ll keep getting the same results.
Pause for a moment. You’ll hear your inner voice—the one that tells you all the reasons not to take a risk. Acknowledge it, but then let it go. Your history does not determine your future. Every disappointment or regret belongs to a time that’s passing. In this new moment, allow yourself to let out a roar of triumph as you embrace the possibilities of your next chapter.
2. Co-Create with Spirit to Make the Impossible Possible
Co-creation is the process of partnering with a Higher Power to build the life you truly desire. When you see yourself as a co-creator, you open the door to greater possibilities. Ask for guidance and break through the barriers that have held you back from achieving your goals.
Each new day, focus on one of your dreams that previously felt out of reach. Act as though it’s already possible. See what shifts when you truly believe that the life or career change you desire is within your grasp.
